Your Home Away from Home
Our home is situated in a quiet street in the center of Bergerac, just two minutes’ walk from the twice-weekly market, historical old town, the Dordogne river, several boulangeries, and dozens of cafes, restaurants, and shops. It is a bright, relaxing and comfortable home, enjoyable to visit in both winter and summer, and an excellent place from which to explore Bergerac, Bordeaux, and the Dordogne region beyond.
This two-storey, fully-furnished house is in a quaint, one-way street with off-street parking and an automatic gate. It has various sleeping configurations (see photos below) and comfortably accommodates up to four people.*
- Three bedrooms; two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds
- Upstairs bathroom with twin sinks, shower, bath and toilet
- Downstairs powder room with second toilet, basin and mirror
- Living room with large TV, DVD player, access to streaming services (must have own account)
- Dining room
- Fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cookware, and dishes
- Full laundry with sink, washing machine, clothes dryer and freezer
- Indoor utility room with clothes horse, ironing board and air printer
- Furnace heating and double-glazed windows
- Air-conditioning upstairs and down; central heating
- In-ground pool; BBQ
- Patio with automatically retractable shade awning
- Free wi-fi connectivity and air printer suitable for printing (boarding passes, etc.) from an iphone, ipad, or similar
- Hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- 2 bikes, games, puzzles, books
- All bed linen, sheets, bath and pool towels.
*Note: While the room configurations sleep more than four, the maximum occupancy is four people.

Booking Information
The accommodation cost is $800 euro per week. Payment can be made in euro, or equivalent Australian or US dollars, by rate agreement. The minimum stay is one week, however, partial weeks are available beyond one week. A maximum of 4 people per booking is allowed.
There is an additional cleaning/linen fee of 150 euro.
